This strip--which ran on 1/1/12--marks the Sea King's sixth appearance (that we know of!) in the comic strip The Argyle Sweater, by Scott Hilburn.
I have to admit, I don't really get the joke here--Supes made a snow angel, Batman made a snow bat, and Aquaman made a snow fish...so what is that shapeless green blob supposed to mean? Maybe I need to read something more my speed, like Beetle Bailey.
Thanks to F.O.A.M.er Anna Scherer, who is always catching these appearances!

Um, I thought it meant Green Lantern has been eating asparagus?
*runs and hides quickly* ;-)
Seriously, I don't get it either...
I'm assuming that Hal tried to create a construct, but messed it up.
I thought they were peeing in the snow.....
My first thought was some sort of urine joke, but that doesn't fit the pattern; and if he were trying to make his own version of a snow angel, why wouldn't it be a lantern?
It is definitely confusing...
I didn't get it either when I saw it at Superman Homepage.
Chris
I thought it was peeing in the snow as well. Not sure why Supes is peeing a Snow Angel though.
If they were creating shapes in the snow, they're awful tiny.
