I want MORE! Put me down for more commentaries. You guys have decades of Super Friends stuff to plum. Since Firestorm got the spotlight here, might I suggest "The Time Trap" from Challenge, where Aquaman gets to shine?

I totally agree with you on BJ Ward's WW. Between her voice and using the JLGL (PBHN) designs, WW definitely got an infusion of the sexy this season. I think Ward voiced WW on her one-off guest appearance on Ruby Spears' Superman show a few years later.

As a kid, I LOVED hearing West as Batman, but I can kind of see Shag's point. I still liked him better than Olan Soule. I always thought he sounded "old" even in the Filmation toons and early SF seasons. And he WAS old. I like him better as Prof. Stein.

I hate to be Captain Bringdown, but Rob, there is no Super Powers carded Aquaman coming from Mattel. Just Supes, Bats, WW, Gold Supes, GL/Riddler, a new Mxyzptlk, and a collect-n-connect Kalibak. It sucks, I know. Sorry. But look at it this way, you don't have to shell out $30 for a $15 (at best) action figure! I'm probably in for the Batman. I'm a born sucker.

Enjoyed this immensely. I do need to point out that Olan Soule did not voice Professor Stein in the second Super Powers season. Based on the voice and the credits, I believe it was the late Ken Sansom who took over the role in the Super Powers Team run.

I also liked how this season touched on Firestorm being unable to affect organic matter, and your comment about villains planning to trap him in a Whole Foods store.

I look forward to more... especially commentary from Darkseid.
