The more things change...
This is awesome. Possibly Arthur's most repeated image, after the scene where he's in his mother's arms with the lighthouse in the background.
I actually did a brief bit of animation based on B&B #28 for a college project. I seem to recall Arthur tried to use his telepathy on Starro, and got an eye blast out of it. It's probably on a floppy disk somewhere...

Recall the Zoo Crew fight Starro the same way (after individual defeats) as the JLAers (with Cap asking Superman "did the Justice League really start out this way?"), which, of course, leads to Starro's defeat. (Assume Superman or Alley-Kat-Abra sent him back to Earth-1 afterwards, per Starro's later appearances there...)
