Unlimited Access #3. It was one of the spin-off series from the Dc vs Marvel/Amalgam minis. Too fun not to use!
Ah, yes, I think I missed that whole thing while I was in Japan.
Most of the post-DC/Marvel Cross over books were sleepers, but occassionally they had decent bits. I don't recall much about them these days.
