Imaginext Aquaman! Part 3

sg
Hey Aqua-Fans--behold, Imaginext Aquaman!

If you've been following along for the last month or two, you know that F.O.A.M.er Brent Almond spearheaded a campaign to get Fisher Price to produce an Aquaman figure for their Imaginext line. After announcing that effort here on the Shrine, a bunch of you stepped up and let FP know that you wanted to see Aquaman added to the line-up. And now we've got it!

Click the image to go to Fisher Price's page, where you can see more pics and order the figure directly from them, for a mere $7 (cheap!). You get a robot shark, for Neptune's Sake!!

Awesome job Brent--you've done every Aquafan a giant favor!

I'm not digging the yellow hip waders, but it's Aquaman! My daughter will be stoked, and we can finally remove the old chunky Super Friends Aquaman from the bathtub! He takes up a lot of room, especially with the Aqua-sub!

I guess the new chunky Heroes World version is still coming too?

So is your child actually named Orin? OMG, how awesome! I've been seeing your name for forever and just now realized it was literal. :)

Chris, FP had told me a while back that the Hero World Aquaman with the sub was coming out in the Fall.

And thanks to everyone who commented on the page and helped get Fisher-Price's ear! :)

Yeah! As one of the guys who commened I am SO happy to see we might have had an impact on their decision! I now need to go to FP and buy, like, five of these: one for me and four for my buddies' kids. :-)

I just got mine! BONUS FEATURE: the hands move at the wrists! :) None of the previous figures do this, but the Marvel equivalents do. I know it's small, but it's kinda cool.
