"Hmph, Earth-One's Arthur gets a gorgeous wife, a teenaged sidekick, *and* membership in the JLA! And what do *I* get? Decades of bachelorhood; the JSA ignoring me; an All-Star Squadron membership that ended when World War II did; and that giant Galapagos Island rabbit that moved to Earth-C... no justice, I tell you..."
That's gotta be the DCD Mera from the Brightest Day line, right? But I thought those were significantly bigger in scale than any early DCD figures like Artie there. And at least in that pic, they look the same size. Can someone please confirm? - cause if she's in scale, I gots to get me one!
@Jakethy--it's the brightest day Mera. The BD figures are slightly larger than any other 1/12th scale stuff on my shelf, but I've never seen this particular Aquaman before, ever. What set is he from? I was only aware of an animated looking Aquaman/Aqualad 2 pack and another super friends set with Black Manta.
Anyway, not being familar with this figure I have no idea how big it is in person. It could be the same size or it could be a trick of the angle.
@David - that Aquaman sculpt was originally from the 2 pack with Aqualad (prob the one yer thinking of) that came with the seahorse, way back when DC Direct did awesome box sets with awesome accessories and awesome articulation. But the yellow gloves and yellow belt are different, so it's probably from a re-release, most likely a "Justice League"-style box set. I fear that the size similarity is just a trick of the angle.

Or "No matter the Earth, Mera rocks!"
Glad to have you back, Joe! A whole week of the Shrine w/out Caffeinated Joe comments just feels weird!

"Makes me so mad I want to pound some Nazis! Failing that, Black Jack."
Thanks Rob!

"She's a beaut, but she's no Esther Grable."
"I wonder if her tail comes off?"

"Just keep smiling and they will go away..."
