This one has been making the rounds on the 'net and since it features an Aquaman flag, of course we're showing it to you on the Shrine! Can you name them all?

Fifth row, third column: I'm thinking Zorro rather than Zatanna.
Seventh row, fourth column: Nightcrawler.
The one next to Space Ghost is Deathstoke (not a hero, but still). And the one next to Captain Canuck represents the Teen Age Mutant Turtles (one color band for each Turtle with a green band with a rat which stands for reptile and Splinter).
That leaves three: CH next to Robin, the one below He-man (I'd say Black Vulcan but the green's throwing me off), and the second last one next to Vendetta (clearly an X-man, but I'm not convinced it's Jean Grey).
Somebody put us out of our misery and figure those three out.
Could the second last one be White Queen? She does wear white and have blond hair . . .
@Shellhead: But the yellow is on the bottom... Is Emma a natural blonde? Also, I'm not sold on Deathstroke.
The CH is in the shape of heart. Is there any red/yellow hero with a love interest whose initials are C.H.? Is there a super hero based on Candy Hearts?
Okay, wild shot in the dark: Seventh row, first column--IF the CH is actually a CK, it could be Radioactive Man from The Simpsons, whose real name is Claude Kane. It just doesn't explain why the heart instead of the radioactive symbol... Yeah, I don't think so either.
Another wild shot: Instead of Deathstroke, the red/black one might be Dante from the Devil May Cry game/anime, or Alucard of Hellsing anime.
The TMNT one is kind of brilliant. Dang!
