I suppose if Aquaman were here, he'd teach Savage a thing or two about Atlantis... well, Earth-One's Atlantis, anyway. (Savage would just be familiar with Earth-Two's, I'd assume).
Ahh, I get it now. He loves to talk about himself. I think all these convoluted death traps were just a way to acquire a captive audience.
