I can't help but notice that the "bonk-Bonk" phenomenon seems to be most prevalent in the Golden and Bronze age Aquaman stories. In fact, looking through your postings, I couldn't find one Silver Age example of an Aqua-contusion... except for a couple of times for Aqualad.
Perhaps, as I have long suspected, the Silver Age Aquaman is the most badass of all aquamen!!
Well, if Silver Age Lois Lane had had any sense Mental Man would have been "bonk-bonking" his head on her headboard.
