F.O.A.M.er Jason Motes Bowles was not only nice enough to send me the above two images from the Expo's website, but he also sent a copy of the promo poster itself:
Basing your poster on an Alex Toth drawing is always a good idea; "its hard to go wrong when you've got good material", and all that. Looks like a cool show, thanks Jason!
Speaking of the Cincinnati Union Terminal, a loooong while ago F.O.A.M.er Rick Duncan sent me some stuff from a trip he took to the CUT, including this handy visual aid, a postcard, and a drawing of the whole complex:
If I lived in this Cinci area, I would not be able to go by this place and not hear that "Bum bum, bum bum bum bum" music in my head.
Way cool stuff, thanks to both Jason and Rick!

Trust me, I think that's 75% of the reason I even LIVE in Cincinnati!
Just awesome! Great stuff makes for a great post!
I live an hour from Cinci and did not know about this show! Ugh!
BUT, I vividly recall my 2nd grade school field trip to the Cincinnati Zoo. My mom went as chaperone, and as we approached the Union Terminal building, she told me to look out the window. I saw that building and screamed "THE HALL OF JUSTICE!!!" Every kid on the bus left their seats and went to the drivers side. I swear the bus almost tipped over! It was 1982, so every kid knew what the HOJ was!
My mom was so cool.

That's funny. Russell Burbage and John Schwirian and I were just discussing the Union Terminal, among many other things, at the Mid-Ohio Con Saturday. (Had a great time at the Con.)
I didn't know about this show, either! If I had, I would have tried to have gone. Cincy is only a few hours drive for me. I would have LOVED to get a copy of that poster!!! :-(
