This masterpiece is by Becca Chance, daughter of loyal F.O.A.M.er Christopher Chance. Becca really went to town on this, setting a whole scene--the nefarious Manta is off on what is surely another criminal enterprise, and one of Aquaman's finny friends has caught wind of this, and sent a message to Aquaman.
As the fish departs, having done its job, Aquaman and Aqualad head to the surface to stop Manta before he can complete his mission. This should be the opening few pages to Aquaman (Volume 8) #1.
