Oh, indignant, morally superior Aquaman. You're my least favorite Aquaman flavor. (Clark looks genuinely stung by all this. "Words hurt, Arthur."
Seconding the above comment. Some writers go for a very judgmental Aquaman. If I want "You ignorant surface-dwellers don't deserve the use of my oceans" I can get that kind of talk from Prince Namor, who's been doing it longer anyway!
That said: when you look at how we treat the oceans, any of us would be right there with the guy in this panel...
Always take responsibility for the gas. That's just common courtesy.
