You mean when you do these COVER to COVER features you're not going to tell us what the story was inside the book?! That doesn't quite seem fair. :-( And while I recognize the Superman-LSH team-up from an early issue of DCCP I have no idea what issue of WORLDS FINEST you're referring to. Come on, Rob, don't tease us!!!!
Didn't even occur to me since Aquaman is only in one or two panels! Anyway, its from World's Finest #246.
I could be wrong Rob, but I think Paris Cullins drew that cover, and Jensen inked it.

I definitely see some Cullins in there, but Jensen is the only name on it and the only one credited on Mike's Amazing World of DC Comics, so...
I love the Digests, I've been picking up what old ones I find, and still have some from growing up...I have a bunch of those Superman theme ones (vs. Aliens, Kryptonite, etc.).
