Several F.O.A.M.ers have sent me a link to this news report (which is appearing in several locations), which talks about Warner Bros.' upcoming film projects.At the very bottom of the piece, there's this line: "[T]he studio is also 'nearing' a greenlight for a 'Flash' movie, with films featuring Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Mad magazine characters also in development."
It seems like WB has ditched their original idea, which was to do a Justice League movie and then spin all the heroes off into their own films, which always seemed a little backward to me.
Of course, "in development" could mean anything, and the WW movie in particular has been "in development" for over a decade. So seeing Aquaman's name on that list isn't anything us Aqua-Fans can take to the bank (or, more accurately, the movie theater), but nevertheless its great to know he's on the radar!

Just saw the Jonah Hex preview. As much as I can't stand Josh Brolin, I have to admit it looked decent.
These announcements are made every 6 months, every year,in reality only a few movies are made and released.
I think this is the first time I've ever seen Aquaman mentioned as a live action movie in development. Fingers crossed, even if it takes a decade or more.
