Aquaman in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

sg
Speaking of Aquaman in animation (and we were), here's our first shot of Aquaman as he appears in the upcoming Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths movie, out on DVD on Feb. 23rd.

If you click the image, it'll take to you a page on Comics Continuum, which also features a video interview with Lauren Montgomery, co-director of the film and self-professed Aquaman fan (Note to Ms. Montgomery: Drop the Shrine a line sometime, we'd love to talk to you!).

This was sent to me by several F.O.A.M. members, including our newsest F.O.A.M.er, Cory Balanecki. Thanks Cory, and welcome to F.O.A.M.!

Wow! I didn't even know Aquaman was going to be in this movie. I hadn't heard a single peep about his involvement until now. Now I'm really looking forward to this!

This is REALLY cool. He hasn't even shown up in any of the promos yet. Wonder if he's going to have an evil counterpart...

They just convinced me to buy this. I wonder if we'll see his Crime Syndicate counterpart Barracuda... have we EVER actually seen Barracuda?

I wouldn't get too excited--aparently Aquaman makes a small appearance, no evil duplicate. But I am glad he's in there at all!

I am now officially in love with Lauren Montgomery...just don't tell my wife.

This is great news. I'd seen all the previews and thought, "Looks very cool, I'll definently check it out, but where's Aquaman?"

I'm very glad Lauren Montgomery chose to include him. The fact that she's such an Aquaman fan gives me a little more hope for a solo Aquaman DC Universe DTV, or at least a short feature.

I'm wondering which character got left out because of legal reasons that prompted the inclusion of Aquaman...not that I mind, of course.
