This...unusual store display is located in the Mt. Laurel, New Jersey Wegman's supermarket.
A while back, a friend told me they saw this in the store, and the next time I was there I went looking for it, but never did. I thought maybe they got rid of it until F.O.A.M. member Glenn Walker sent me this photo, so obviously I was just not eagle-eyed enough. Thanks Glenn!
This shot of Aquaman shows up more and more when a single illustration of the Sea King is needed for some piece of merchandise--its quickly becoming the stock Aquaman art of the new millennium.

But, Rob...what IS it?
BTW, while you're answering questions, what are "hapi"s????
Well, more to the point - WHY is it? Why is it there???
And are the hapi candy something from Japan? Seems likely to me.
Is just a cardboard cut-out--they have them all over the store of various characters, like Mickey Mouse, Darth Vader, etc.
Its just an eccentric little design touch they have in the store, so I'm jazzed to see Aquaman included (next to Darth Maul, who he could totally defeat)
It is indeed becoming the stock image for Aquaman because as I recall it's the main image used for his entry in the DC Encyclopedia.
And Wings, "hapi" isn't a Japanese candy I have ever heard about, and I lived there for 14 years. So if it's Japanese, it's new.
"so I'm jazzed to see Aquaman included (next to Darth Maul, who he could totally defeat)"
Look at Arthur looking right at Darth Maul. It's like he's thinking, "c'mon and start something, freak. That funky double-sided flashlight will look great in my trophy room."
A little off topic but... Wegman's... best grocery store EVER!
