This is the top half of one of those Heroes World ads that ran in DC and Marvel comics all through the late 70s.
These ads were put together at my alma mater, The Joe Kubert School, and drawn by Joe himself. I'm intrigued as to whether Mego and/or HW made any suggestions who to highlight in the ad--Superman and Batman are no-brainers, but since Aquaman was never that big a seller for Mego, I'm pleasantly surprised at his inclusion with his Super Friends pals.
As for the Underoos, it says "please list alternate choice." I think if I had gotten mine this way, I would've written "I want Aquaman Underoos or nothing!" on the order form.

Cool pic Rob! My son now wears my old, faded Aquaman underoos shirt. My mom kept EVERYTHING.
I remember that ad well. Too bad the Pocket Heroes were never that articulated!

I've never seen that Pocket Superheroes ad, seeing as they are my favourite Mego line, that made my day.
I have an aquaman underoos listed on ebay..
