Aquaman #45 Ad - 1969

When you have a cover this spiffy, you don't need a lot of copy to hype it, so the very groovy "Why?" (in bold pink lettering, yet) works quite well.

Better still--you could reuse it for virtually any DC comic of the time you needed to sell!

I absolutely love this cover! I have three favorite covers from the classic series. Issues 44, 45, and 56. Basically for me, the more ludicrous the cover from the Silver Age, the better.
