DC Superheroes Mini-Card - 1983

sgI found this on ebay, but I either don't remember where it was from or never knew in the first place. Measuring about 2 1/2" x 1 1/2", this was a series of mini-cards produced by the Geo.Bassett & Co. company in England. As you can see, like most licensed DC stuff from the 80s, it features art by Jose Luis "Master" Garcia Lopez.

On the back it says "No.47 of 50." Unless characters got more than one card, it took all the way to 47 to get to Aquaman?? Who was ahead of him in line--Ultra the Multi-Alien? Space Cabbie?? Jason's Quest???

Aquaman Featured in two cards 46 & 47 (45 was the Cheetah???) and was followed by Plastic Man and Green Arrow at 48 & 49. There were 50 cards in the full set.
