This handsome piece was part of a JLA PVC figurine set, each measuring about 4" tall. I never got around to buying the set becuase, frankly, I didn't want to spend all that money just to get Arthur. I figured he'd show up on ebay sometime.And last week, he did.

Cool figure. I never saw this one before. Was it sold as a set?
yep. there was a DC Direct JLA box set, with Arthur, WW, Flash, GL, and Manhunter a few years ago.
