In this spoooooky episode of THE POWER RECORDS PODCAST, Chris Franklin and I discuss two of the scariest audio adventures in the Power Records catalog: Spider-Man in "Mark of the Man-Wolf!" and Dracula in "Terror in the Snow!"

I had the Marvel Tales reprints of those Manwolf issues so it was great to hear the power record adaptation. In particular, I remember the panel of Spidey ripping off the gem/flesh from Manwolf's throat. I do think the 'wolf' voice actor was spot on, growling and gnashing away.
While at times the JJJ actor was good, his first interaction with the Manwolf was pretty rough. Faced with a snarling werewolf, he rather woodenly says 'I am warning you. I am warning you.' I thought the next lines would be a robotic 'Danger! Danger!'
And is it me or did Robbie sound like a southern gentleman?
I don't always comment but I do always listen. So thanks for doing all these!
