This is newest F.O.A.M.er and cosplayer extraordinaire Joseph Munisteri at the 2015 NYC Special Edition con posing with Trevor McCarthy, Peter David, and Jeff Parker! Wow, an Aqua-Hat Trick!
Joseph is also part of a group of cosplayers called DC Cosplayers East, and at the bottom he's posing alongside two Meras, who are part of an Atlantis subgroup(!). There was a mega photoshoot at the NYCC show featuring dozens of cosplayers, and Joseph made sure the Sea King was represented. Now that's a fan!
