The legendary Steve Rude posted this marker commission on his Facebook page last week. As usual, it's a stunning piece, and is a melancholy reminder how little the Sea King has had the chance to be drawn by Mr. Rude. Simply beautiful!

And DC thinks the traditional versions of the characters won't sell to modern audiences. Put guys like Rude on 'em. They'll sell.
