I like that. Yes, it's redrawn, but it's not bad. The composition is nice, and Supergirl in hotpants is always a good thing!

The artist is Themo Lobos, from Chile, who drew all the album based in José Luis García López style guide. It was a huge success in Chile and other Latin american countries in 1982.

I dig the stylized look and cartoony chin Batman ended up with on this "adaption." But holy crap that Superman.....yikes!!!!
