Looks kind of like Arthur from the first few issues of the Peter David ongoing series. Where he just chunked the hook/harpoon thingee in his stump. Eww.
Can't say I like the appearance of Aquaman here. The artist clearly has skill, but the art style is not exactly suited for Aquaman. Maybe something like Batman '66 or Batman Beyond, but certainly not something during Zero Hour.
If I understand this correctly this is supposed to be Aquaman during Zero Hour, but he looks to young and way, way, waaaaaaaay to scrawny here, even compared to pre Crisis Aquaman. More like an atrophied Arthur Joseph Curry after being rejected by his high school band or something. He is way too small and unimpressive to be Aquaman.
His skin is also too pale. He is not supposed to be a Marvel Atlantean.
Also no fins on the back of his legs.
Of course the story might be great and the artwork might be better in the actual comic. And of course it's another Aquaman appearance which is always great.
IIRC In this convergance comic aquaman has been trapped somehwere (forget where) and another image looked like he was getting all his water through a shower. So it would Make sense he isnt at his most healthy.

The harpoon looks kind of homemade. The long hair is reminiscent of "Sword of Atlantis Aquaman."

A bit small looking in physique.
