This installment of Cover to Cover features another from Adventure Comics' final lap as a digest series, where it reprinted the classic Skeates/Aparo/Giordano run, in order, the only time DC has ever done so.
The issue in question was Aquaman #43, which was partly a solo Aqualad adventure, as cover artists Keith Giffen and Romeo Tanghal convey here.

I had quite a few of these Adventure digests as a kid. I gifted them to a friend who was a huge Legion fan about 10 years ago. I slightly regret it now!
I never thought of it, but that Challengers panel is kind of weak, thematically. Why are the other three guys so worried for Rocky? He is a boxer, after all!
