Firestorm #7 was reprinted in Best of DC Blue Ribbon Digest #35, "The Year's Best Comics Stories" issue for that year.That's where I read it, and my 8-year old mind was somewhat embarrassed, but mostly intrigued by Firestorm's inventive solution to stop Plastique! It did make quite the impression on me. I began to think of this "Year's Best" issues as rather dirty material, since the previous year's stories included NTT#8, where Starfire (Shag's favorite!) changes into her costume in a public park!
