Bwahah! What comic was this from?
It's from SECRET ORIGINS #46, Dec. '89. The cover has a cute note that specifically references Aquaman, too.
Looking at the covers of this series on the GCD makes me realize that it very rarely showed up in my comic-buying locales and I have no idea why; I only recall seeing maybe one or two of them. The only issue I ever bought was #10, the infamous Phantom Stranger 4-way.
