Apparently Mera is now Aquaman's mother. I mean, that the only other way the titles can actually work, right?
Ah, the Silver Age, when (despite Superman and Lois' marriage-avoiding courtship hijinks) they were apparently *more* mature about marriage than their New 52 counterparts. :-p
And yeah, guess New 52 Atlantis must be OK with "cohabitating partner = qualifies as Queen"...
Ah! The Silver Age classic Aquaman #18! As far as I can recall this is the only time Arthur ever wore that crown.
