These tattoos don't seem to be part of the overall Justice League branding effort, exactly: there's no JL logo, and these feature more old-timey stock art (that's a Jose Luis Garcia Lopez* Batman, a Jerry Ordway Aquaman, and a...I don't-know-who Flash). And what's with the Sea King's yellow boots?
A bunch of F.O.A.M.ers sent these in to the Shrine, but first out of the box was Aquaman Shrine Patron Saint Paul Kupperberg, via Facebook. Thanks PK!

Wow, the Target we stopped at didn't have these! I think that's an Infantino/Anderson Flash. It's at least Anderson!
The Imaginext Aquaman figure may have composed "The Ballad of the Yellow Boots"!
Chris
I bought a couple packs of these and took them to my family's Memorial Day cookout...the kids (and I) loved them!
Nevertheless, this is still so cute. My little kid would surely love this.
Think that Flash artwork is actually John Byrne. The lower jaw looks like his work. Hmmm..
That's Murphy Anderson. It's the pose that was used on the left-hand side of the FLASHGRAMS letter page title-box for years.
Got to send the wife in to hunt for these for me! She loves her some Target!
