This has been driving me crazy all day! I keep looking at that thinking I know, or should know, who the artist is...but I'm drawing a blank. From the belt down it kind of puts me in mind of Patrick Gleason, but the torso and head don't...
I'm pretty sure it IS Jose Luis Garcia Lopez (PBHN). When I saw him in Baltimore I was looking at his portfolio and he had all sorts of the new icons in there, as well as the older more recognizable stuff. I don't remember this one particularly but I'm pretty sure this is by him.
