Another great one guys. I loved Shag's Marv Wolfman story. Ironic too, since many folks probably feel like Wolfman was responsible for the same "crime". Sure, the post-Crisis DCU wasn't the radical change the new 52 has become, but it still threw A LOT of history out with the bathwater, or severely mangled it.

I remember getting this issue, and thinking how nice it was to see the Flash get two pages, like all the major heroes deserve. I had given up on the never-ending "Trial" storyline, so I didn't know he'd relocated to the future. I also had no idea he was going to die, and somehow missed Crisis #8. So this Who's Who left me thinking we may get some new Flash stories with him in the future. Sigh.

Firestorm...I'm not a big Milgrom fan, sorry Shag. BUT, it was good to see the co-creator do the art chores. Having mostly read Firestorm during Broderick's run, I thought Ronnie looked too young, and Prof. Stein is just WAY off. Oddly enough, he looks more like Olan Soule here, the actor who provided his voice on Super Friends/Super Powers! He was also the voice of Batman til Adam West came around in Firestorm's first season, but I digress.

Shag, when you mentioned you were surprised Forager looked so human under his helmet, you were ahead of the curve. In the New Gods series of the late 80s, other "bugs" are shown with insect-like antenna, including the new female Forager.

Nice to know I wasn't alone in my disappointment that Jimmy Olsen was featured as Elastic Lad, and not under his own name. This has always bugged me, as has the exclusion of such essential characters as Perry White, Alfred Pennyworth, Jim Gordon, etc. Many of these characters actually had solo stories at one point or another, so they clearly fit Who's Who's main criteria for inclusion, as well. BIG oversight for the series, finally corrected in the 2nd update series.

As for the length of the shows...just let 'em run as long as you like, as far as I'm concerned! I listen to them while I'm at work, so they can fun 8 hours and it won't bother me in the least!

Rob, I have to comment on your Fisherman costume question. If you pull out his recent appearance vis-a-vis WHO's WHO, he's wearing *this* costume. I'm referring to AQUAMAN #58 from the Seventies...he's wearing this costume right there on the cover!

I was surprised to 'not see' The Forgotten Heroes on the cover. Even The Forgotten Villains made it there!
