Justice League Legacy Action Figure Set

sg sg
Now this is a surprise!

Apparently Target will be selling an exclusive seven-action figure set called Justice League Legacy, representing the New 52-era version of the team, but in sort of Brave and the Bold-esque exaggerated form!

According to Target's website, the set (which is not yet on sale) will retail for $49.99 (ouch!). The Superman, Batman, Flash, and Green Lantern figures will be sold separately, but Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg will only be available as part of the set. So what else is new?

This news comes from F.O.A.M.er Eric Stettmeier, and you find more info (and pics) about these figures over on his blog Toyriffic! Thanks Eric!

It's interesting to see a line of JL figures where Wonder Woman has the most realistic proportions!

Wow, that is WAY out of left field.

I'd almost expect it in the new "Evergreen" Batman line (sometimes called "Power Attack"), but not in the long dormant B&B style.

How exactly does this line deserve the term "Legacy" when it's representative of The New 5s? LOL

ahem...The New 52

Interesting...it's a bummer Aquaman isn't offered as a solo figure. I do like the Brave and the Bold Batman design in the new 52 togs though (except for all the silly seams).

Wow, would REALLY like to have this figure, but really, $50 for the set? grrrrr....

guess I'll be searching ebay for a single Aquaman...as cool as they look, that's the only one I want!

I agree with the others above; I'd love to have this figure, but don't wanna spend $50 for it. I'll be searching ebay for the single figure as well. :-)

Amazon is a good place to search too. I'm sure someone will be selling Aquaman solo soon enough!

Glad I could bring this to everyone's attention!

If I get the set I'm only interested in Bats and WW, so if anyone wants to split the set with me hit me up at bubbashelby@gmail.com

I like how these heroes become overly musculine, except for wonder woman of course.

Saw the GL Superman and the Batman at target the other day. Sadly they didn't have the set.
