I grew up watching The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, so if DC had actually done this I would have gone nuts. And having Jim Aparo draw it would have just made it that much cooler!

Wonder if Aquaman ever appeared on "The Midnight Show with Johnny Nevada" (Earth-1's Johnny Carson equivalent in the Superman books)?

The back up was Ed McMahon and Vulko taking down Joan Rivers and Vassa, Queen of the Mermaids.

For those that don't know the images I used are from Aquaman 56 I believe. Johnny is called Warren. Aparo did a good version of Ed McMahon too in it.
