Michigan 2012 Tourism Guide

One of the oddest appearances of Aquaman we've seen in a while comes courtesy Shrine Correspondent Russell Burbage, who came across this tourism guide for East Jordan, Michigan while visiting their a few weeks ago.

Russell took one look at the cover, with Superman and Wonder Woman (plus the Action Comics logo) on it, and thought to check inside and see if Aquaman made an appearance, too. Sure enough, on page 16:

Clark, Diana, and Arthur aren't the only ones shilling for the 26th state; inside there are appearances by Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Green Arrow, Hawkwoman, Batgirl, Firestorm, Captain America, Green Lantern, Thor, Flash, Batman, The Vision, Yellowjacket, Buzz Lightyear & Woody (!?), and Wonder Man. Why, it's a veritable Crisis on Infinite Lakes!

I absolutely love seeing stuff like this, the kind of thing you'd normally never get to see outside of the area it was distributed in. Extra special thanks to Russell for his eagle eyes!
