It's written by F.O.A.M.er and comics writer/editor Andy Mangels, and I can only guess that this was written after a long string of tedious comic book recaps Andy had to get done, because it barely mentions the book at all and spirals off into its own crazy, stream-of-consciousness direction. End it with "It's called The Aquaman Special" and call it a day.
