Just in time for opening day of baseball season...still, checking the image, *this* was from an Outsiders issue?!
Among the characters in the panel, Bat-Mite's next to one of DC's old funny-animal characters ("Dizzy Dog"; last seen before this issue as a cameo in an issue of Captain Carrot).

Anthony--Nice catch (no baseball pun intended)! This panel, which features the rare sight of Aquaman at a baseball game, was exactly planned for today, which was opening day of the new season.
