Ah Snapper Carr, did anyone every really like you?
Is this from a Green Lantern comic? Looks to be Gill Kane and Sid Greene. A glimpse what might have been had DC put Kane on JLA.

I love Gil Kane's work as much as I hate Snapper Carr. And I really hate Snapper "hog the dialogue" Carr. Kane's Aquaman looks fantastic.
