Happy Aqua-Halloween, Part 2!

This is F.O.A.M.er Michael Sander, who sent me this pic months ago. I wanted to hold on to it until Halloween (or, er, the day after), so thanks your patience Michael!

He explains exactly what's happening in this pic: "I've been an Aquafan since childhood when I watched the old 60's cartoons on TV. Back in 1986 I was a senior in high school and I decided to be Aquaman for Halloween. Here is a picture (the amateur photographer cut off my head)." Tragic!
