Also--My interview with Geoff was very limited in terms of time, so if there was anything not covered its because we ran out of time and I didn't get to ask more questions, not a conscious avoidance of anything.
I haven't had a chance to read No. 2 yet. (Will get it tonight. Hope it is as good...and well received as the first one.) It's very interesting to me that the past is such a blank slate and there are so many unanswered question. And as you said in the interview, those questions make the book all the more intriguing.
