Hmm... has there been a story/stories dealing with the nature of Atlantis' government being a monarchy vs something more democratic (or at least a constitutional monarchy like the modern British government)? Judging from how he's treated by Atlantis in some stories, wonder if it'd save Arthur a lot of headaches...
That's Tea Party BTW, and they're anything but extreme. Rob, please keep politics out of the Shrine.
Anyway, this is from Kevin Smith's relaunch of Green Arrow. It's early, probably issue #3 or #4. I was always pleased that it was Arthur who rediscovers him first. Smith only wrote the first 12 issues, but its an excellent read.
The scene moments before Aquaman backhands Green Arrow across the Atlantic....ahh, if only.
Just look at Arthur's face. He's obviously thinking about it. Anyway, despite the fact that I'm not usually a fan of Smith, this is a pretty solid series. It's too tied in with the bad continuity that has been drowning GA for years and years, but that's sadly par for the course.

Canada and Mexico surrounds "most of" America's borders, too. Am I a de facto American? Sweet.
Ollie's sounding a bit like a Teabagger extremist.
They LIKE having a monarchy because they don't have time for elections what with their cities being attacked and destroyed so often.
Sweet!
Where is this from? I'd love to get this issue.

Why did you stop moderating comments, again, Rob? haha...
Sometimes I wonder why I bother at all.
Green Arrow's solution to the question of Atlantean governance involves not only free elections, but the legalization of sea weed.
