Great Neptune do I love this piece!
I found it on F.O.A.M.er Joe Mello's FB page, and he told me it was by artist Luke Flowers, whose work you can see here.
The style reminds me a bit of the opening credits to Rocky and Bullwinkle, one of my favorite cartoons, ever. I wonder what Jay Ward would have done with an Aquaman show?
Cool stuff, thanks for the tip Joe!

Awwwwwwww... So cute-!
I'm getting a sort of Morrissey vibe from this piece.
I actually was getting a bit sick of all the rain we have been having, so I Googled "Aquaman in the rain" and this popped up. Thought it was just awesome, myself!
There was a storyline on "Rocky and Bullwinkle" where, during some aquatic adventure, they visit the undersea city of "Submerbia," meet its mayor, and save it from being flooded. Closest I can think of to the Sea King, anyway... :-p
Gusssing an actual Ward Aquaman show would resemble "Super-Chicken"---something satirical, full of bad puns, and funny as heck!
