Joe has been instrumental in helping the Shrine grow and get better over the past year or two, and I don't think it would be ready for Aquaman's vastly increased presence in the DCU if not for his efforts. It took me a long time to get comfortable turning any part of this blog over to someone else, and Joe has exceeded my expectations.
Also, its just downright spooky that his birthday is one day after mine. August is a good month for Aqua-Fans!
