I have a friend in Virginia, and she said it was pretty scary.
It was pretty scary, and we're all the way up in NJ!
It was pretty shaky/scary here too (in MD, just outside DC) but as far as I've heard no one was injured (other than Manta).

My son's office building here - in Massachusetts - shook and was evacuated as a precaution.

Think I felt it here in Boston (where I'm currently on vacation), ironically while checking Twitter and seeing some post *about* an earthquake down in DC. Never been in an earthquake before (and I've been to the west coast several times)...
On-topic, I *was* at the New England Aquarium at the time (Aquaman's sea subjects and land-dwelling friends are all OK...).
Wow...that Tempest has a healthy wrath, all right! (I hope every Aqua-fan in the area is OK)!
