Ame-Comi Mera by DC Direct

Mera's increased prominence in the DCU is surfacing in the merchandising now--in almost all the new lines of toys and/or figurines that are female-centric, Mera is represented alongside merchandising stalwarts like Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Catwoman, and Batgirl.

This line is a fine example of that, where DC Direct has sculpted anime-style PVC figurines of DC characters, like the aforementioned Wonder Woman, plus Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Raven, and more. And if you're going to do a line like this, you gotta have Mera!

I'm not a big anime fan, but this is a really beautiful figure--detailed, colorful, and a little naughty. I'm sure Anime Aquaman is in love with this Mera just like his Americanized counterpart!
