This is a custom-made "Minecraft Aquaman." What is Minecraft, you might ask? Its a video game "about placing blocks to build anything you can imagine. At night monsters come out, make sure to build a shelter before that happens" (from the Minecraft site).
I guess, like a lot of games, you can create custom characters to play it, so an industrious fan named OilenKong created an Aquaman (two, actually!) to use in the game. As they put it: "Now when you talk to squids it won't be so one-sided." Fair enough!
