How does one go about being an ocean hero?

Seriously, I've always taken this to heart; other than Garth, this is the other reason I loved Aquaman comics as a little kid. The issues of my early childhood often featured neat articles about sea life after the tales; I found them fascinating and instructive. In honor of those "fish missives," I've included a list of ocean-friendly organizations in the final pages of my upcoming novel to make it easy for readers to become "ocean heroes" like the characters in the book. There's a lot of work to be done worldwide and I hope in some small way to help it along!

I love Aquaman, and seriously, I hope someone cleans up the environment and saves the world and everything, but after looking at the things it takes to be an ocean hero... eh, pass.

This is a great step, Rob, it gives people an opportunity to emulate their hero in their own ways. Way to go injecting a little social awareness to the Shrine!

Andy-

I try not too hit that too hard, since this isn't the place for it, but surely this is a message Aquaman would support!
