@JD, you're right; she was a twin sister act. Kind of a neat character, but I think at least one, if not both are dead now. Guess kings are gifted in more ways than one...lol
Okay, had to look her up. Constance and Vivian are dead, but a new Crimson Fox is around the DCU and she has said she is the heir to the twins' fortune and apparently has the same powers. No clue how she is related to the dead sisters, however.
AWW, the two different individuals with the same superhero identity was such an unusual and interesting character twist, too bad both twins are gone and kind of forgotten now. Resurrection, anyone? :)
One question... why the towel? Is Arthur trying to commit suicide by drying off? This was the era of the "1 hour" rule after all. Seems like he'd want to stay wet as much as possible.
My guess is the pose was lifted from a muscle mag--notice the belt isn't actually a belt, and the only indication of drapery folds are around the, er... package area. Methinks the muscle man in the speedo was holding a towel in the reference photo (but I could be wrong).

Another panel where everyone has died. And only Aquaman and Green Lantern are back alive. I think that version of Crimson Fox is still dead, yes?
"Is that a rabbit in your pocket, Arthur, or are you just happy to see me?"
@ Shellhead, you beat me to it, HA! My thoughts exactly, that is a seriously HUGE package on Arthur.
And I miss Crimson Fox too, wasn't she actually a twin sister act or am I remembering wrong?

I always thought she looked more like a Brown Cobra than a Crimson Fox.
Well, when they changed her mask to look more fox-like it was AWFUL!
Arthur looks smokin' hot in that pic, in an 80s fitness magazine kinda way.
