Aqua-Family "Paper Child" by Elizabeth Harknett

sg
This adorable piece of original Aqua-Art is by F.O.A.M.er Elizabeth Harknett, whose work the Shrine first posted back in April. Elizabeth was very generous in creating this piece especially for me as a way to say thanks for the site, which left me quite touched!

But its not just a drawing: the color part exists of it as its own piece, separable from the background, and does double-duty as a sort of decorative hanging:

Both I and Darlin' Tracy were really charmed by this (not to mention the envelope, which featured additional Aqua-related doodles), and who knows? It might just stay where it is, hanging off the lip of the dining room tea cabinet.

I love it Elizabeth, thanks so much!

I love this! It reminds me a little of "Milk Chan." This must be the sort of thing that makes you feel like all the time and effort put into these blogs is worth it.

Oh wow that is amazing! Such a novel little idea too. Watch out the WB don't come up with a simillar idea for Bats, Flash and co in a few months time.

Awesome awesome stuff!
