I assume this is from the Superboy-Aquaboy crossover story, IIRC? (One of several stories suggesting, by my figuring, that Aquaman's Earth-One's second-oldest post-Superboy superhero, as Superboy's sole contemporary until adulthood, aside from Krypto/a few one-shot heroes...).
